Novily does not require account registration, login, identity verification, or personal-profile binding. You can use core AI features without providing a phone number, email address, or personal identifiers.

Anonymous usage: no user account system is required for core functionality.
Minimal identifiers: we do not create user identity labels tied to individuals.

3. Independent Self-Operated Service System

All AI generation functions rely on our independently developed and self-operated service system. The application does not rely on third-party AI providers or third-party algorithm interfaces for core generation processing.

4. Strict Rules on Facial Information Collection

Novily enforces a zero-collection policy for facial and biometric information. We do not collect, store, analyze, process, or upload facial features or any face-related sensitive data.

No face extraction: we do not identify or extract facial features from your uploads.
No camera capture: we do not capture or store facial information from device cameras or files.

5. Zero Third-Party Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, lease, or provide your personal information, uploaded materials, generated content, or usage behavior data to third parties.

Novily does not include third-party advertising delivery, third-party analytics, or external data-sharing integrations for user content.

6. User Data Storage Rules

Your uploaded images and AI-generated works are stored locally on your device. Novily does not automatically upload or back up your local content to a cloud server. Temporary data used during real-time generation is cleared after the task completes.

7. User Content Protection

Your original materials and generated works remain yours. Novily provides technical generation services and does not claim ownership or profit rights over your content.
