These Subscription Terms define the rules, rights, and service specifications for users who purchase premium subscription services in Novily. By purchasing and activating a subscription, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

2. Subscription Service Overview

Novily subscriptions are optional premium paid services. The app supports anonymous usage without mandatory account registration. Subscriptions become effective immediately after successful payment and remain valid for the duration shown in the subscription package.

3. Core Subscription Benefits

The core benefit of the Novily subscription service is a one-time discounted coin bundle granted when a subscription purchase is successful.

One-time grant: bonus coins are issued immediately after payment succeeds.
Plan-based amount: the coin amount depends on the subscription plan displayed in the app.

Important Bonus coins are granted once per subscription purchase and are not issued in installments.

4. Coin Usage Rules During Subscription Period

Subscription provides discounted access to coins, but it does not make app services free. AI image and AI video generation still consume coins according to the in-app consumption rules.

No unlimited usage: all generation features require coin consumption.
Combined balance: subscription coins can be used together with coins from other legitimate sources.

5. Subscription Validity & Asset Rules

The subscription period is fixed once activated. After expiration, remaining unused coins can still be used normally and will not be cleared due to subscription expiry.

6. Service Usage Specifications

Subscription users must follow the app’s standard usage rules. Abuse, infringement, illegal activity, or non-compliant use may result in restriction of subscription benefits to protect platform safety.
