Novily provides AI visual creation features without requiring account registration, login, identity verification, or personal information binding. Core modules (upload, generation, preview, and local save) can be used directly.

Anonymous usage: no account system is required for core features.
Personal non-commercial use: intended for individual creative scenarios.

3. Independent Service Operation

AI generation services and processing are developed and operated by our team. We do not rely on external third-party algorithm interfaces for core generation.

4. Privacy Protection

We apply strict privacy protection standards. Novily will never collect, store, analyze, or upload facial biometric data or face-related sensitive information.

No facial data collection: no extraction, identification, or retention of facial features.
No third-party sharing: no sharing, selling, or authorizing third parties to access private data.

Note Your generated content is handled for the purpose of providing the service and is not used to identify you.

5. User Content Ownership

Your uploaded materials and generated images/videos remain your property. Novily does not claim ownership or commercial rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Novily to generate illegal, violent, pornographic, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant content. You must have lawful rights to the materials you upload.

7. Service Scope

Novily is designed for personal daily creative use. We may adjust, improve, or optimize features to enhance quality and stability while protecting privacy.
